1. Install the handholes and route conduits
2. Pull fiber optic cable
3. Troubleshoot Fiber connections at customer premises
4. Replace and repair fiber optic cables
5. Install extensions of mainline conduit on a case by case basis
6. GPS locate & mark fiber lines.
7. Light yard repair

- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques

- Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
