Job Overview
Ciro Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Hastings, MN. You'll work in a supportive office environment with access to warm leads—no cold calling required.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be licensed or willing to obtain insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus
Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
- Market and sell American Family Insurance products, including auto, home, life
- Use consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate coverage
- Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and community engagement
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend updates or additional coverage
- Provide exceptional service to retain existing customers and ensure satisfaction
Agency & Brand Promotion
- Represent the agency at local events and networking opportunities
- Promote brand awareness and educate the community on insurance options
Administrative Duties
- Prepare quotes, applications, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and agency procedures
- Coordinate with team members and business partners to resolve customer issues
