Drain Cleaner, New Construction HVAC Technician, and New Construction Journeyman Plumber

Midstate Plumbing and Heating is seeking skilled and experienced professionals to join our growing team! We are a trusted company specializing in residential plumbing and heating services for both single-family and multifamily projects. 1. Drain Cleaner
2. HVAC Technician – New Construction
3. Journeyman Plumber- New Construction

• Drain Cleaner:
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of residential and commercial drain systems.
  • Use advanced tools and equipment to clear clogs, blockages, and perform general maintenance.
  • Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• New Construction HVAC Technician:
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in new construction projects (single-family, multifamily homes, and remodels).
  • Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure systems function efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and system evaluations for optimal performance.
• New Construction Journeyman Plumber:
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in new construction (single-family, multifamily homes, and remodels).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes to ensure accurate installation.
  • Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems.
  • Test systems to ensure proper functionality and code compliance.
  • Collaborate with other trades for efficient project completion.

• Drain Cleaner:
  • Previous experience in drain cleaning or plumbing preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify problems efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• New Construction HVAC Technician:
  • Experience installing and servicing HVAC systems in new construction.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations.
• New Construction Journeyman Plumber:
  • 3+ years of experience as a plumber in new construction.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Valid plumber’s license (preferred but not required).
