Workforce Development:

Our Business Education Network provides workforce development through Business In The Classroom programs that focus on soft skills training and career exploration.

We work closely with the Hastings Highschool College and Career Center and our membership to teach salary & compensation package understanding, phone & email etiquette, how to dress for an interview and more. 

Advocacy:
 
The Chamber serves as the voice of business advocating for a business-friendly environment at the local, regional and state level. 

We keep you informed on important community topics and projects that could have an impact to your business.  This includes road improvement projects, business taxes, upcoming elections, new or expanding businesses and new business resources.

The Hastings Chamber of Commerce is proud to be Minnesota Federation Member with the MN Chamber of Commerce actively advocating for pro-business policy at the state capital.  If you would like to be involved in advocacy work, please join us on the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 3 - 4 p.m. for the Government Affairs Round Tables.
