Most manufacturers are experiencing workforce shortages. There are a variety of partnership programs between industry partners and schools, as well as programs aimed at growing your talent pipeline with existing and new employees. Join us for an insightful session as we hear from the Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Labor and Industry and the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development's (DEED) Labor Market Analyst. In addition, learn about the Youth Skills Training Program and also the Pipeline Project. We'll hear from program staff as well as manufacturers who have leveraged these programs as a part of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's efforts to meet the workforce needs.
