Hastings Concert Association presents the Pan-Handlers Steel Drum Band. Come along and enjoy the bright sunny sound of a premier steel drum band. The tropical sound and varied song selection is guaranteed to get your body moving and your spirit soaring! Doors open at 2 p.m., with the show starting at 3 p.m. Tickets are available at the door for $25.
