Organ Concert & Tour of New Facilities at St. Philip's Lutheran Church

An inspiring event will take place at St. Philip's Lutheran Church on friday, May 16, 7 p.m. Featured will be famed organist Dr. Christopher D. Wallace and St. Philip's' accomplished organist at the church for 45 years, Noreen Swanson. Dr. Wallace is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and received his Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Eastman School of Music and his Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of Minnesota. He has performed throughout the world and is currently the Music director/Organist at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Edina, MN. Dr. Wallace is the president and owner of Allen Organ of the Twin Cities, Inc. and he is the expert who sold and installed the new organ at St. Philip's. He and his wife, Megan maintain an active private studio, Wallace Piano and Organ Studios. Following concert there will be a tour of the new facilities and refreshments will be served.
