Hope for Recovery Free Workshop
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, one in four adults are living with a mental illness, and more people die from suicide than car accidents. Mental illness affects every community. Spend a Saturday with a trained family member who will offer information, hope and practical strategies for dealing with the complexities of mental illnesses. Learn information about: mental illnesses, treatments, recovery, coping strategies, the mental health system and local resources.Lunch will be provided. Registration required.
