On July 17 start your afternoon at Meloy Park Florist, 1210 Vermillion Street, Hastings, MN.  Get your map and coupons, follow the pink balloons around town and hit the charms of this small town.  Any purchases that day earn a swag bag and also tickets for a drawing to be held at the finale with entertainment, door prizes and deals on appetizers and drinks from 8 PM on.
