Ayurveda: Ancient Healing for Today's World
This is a workshop designed to introduce participants to the art and science of Ayurveda (Aye-uy-veda). We will take a "Dosha" (wellness personality) quiz, learn how this information can help us create a daily lifestyle of health, nutrition, and fitness, and wrap up with an Ayurvedic Yoga class. Ayurvedic snacks and tea will be available. Please dress comfortably.
