5/29/17 - Memorial Day March Mayhem For Them - The March

The March is to honor fallen comrades. From 6:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. walk 28 miles along the Great River Road Red Wing to Hastings. 3 mph pace with a stop every 3 miles for a 10-15 minute break. At 5:15 a.m. a shuttle bus will transport you to Bay Point Park in Red Wing where the walk will start. Water and supplies provided, but pack a lunch.

Walkers will arrive roughly at 5:30 p.m. and the Mayhem portion of the event goes from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. For a suggested donation of $5, there will be food from Ptacack's and live music from Hastings own local band Voltage.

Event open to the public.
BYOB - 3.2 Beer & Wine allowed in park, cans only please.
Bring your lawnchairs.
